June 16, 2008

The National Chapter of The United_Family_Rights_Association and United_Family_Rights_Party-Nationwide has under gone a lot of changes and we have had a lot of new support, discussion, talk groups over at http://groups.yahoo.com/groups

We urge Parent Victims of CPS to share their stories with us as the National Director I am planning to have a book published called "Separated By The State" and I am looking for truly falsely accused parent victims of CPS. Parents that are disabled, economically disadvantaged, falsely accused of child abuse, neglect, or a child that state thinks is in the need of dependency. Children taken away by parents just because the state thinks it is in the Best Interest of The Child rather than thinking what is in The Best Interest of The Family.

I am looking for true to life stories about struggling single mothers that have become victims of CPS regardless to their race, or religion.

I am looking for true to life stories from parents that have lost their children due to unresolved mental health problems according to what the state thinks.

I am looking for stories from adult child victims over the age of 18 to share their stories about foster care or bad adoption placements and how they were treated by secondary care givers.

Every one that contributes will be given a free copy of this book once it is published.

Other news concerning The National Director and National Co_Director is that The National Co Director is completing his Ashworth University Computer Accounting Course and will graduate as soon as we can come up with the rest of the tutiton.

The National Director is now enrolled in Ashworth's Unversity Paralegal Program and I am an A student and I have completed the first three courses of my paralegal studies  and the next three are: Torts Law, Constitution Law and Commercial Law.

I have just completed Criminal Law and two of basic courses, but the best thing is that I will be given a course in Formal and Informal Advocacy and I will be making this course available to interested family rights advocates for a nominal charge.

I am also reinstated in my writing program via Long Ridge Writers Group that I started a few years back and I am also in the process of looking for permanent part time work through my Employment Network.

Updates can be found in the two main UFRA groups.

The National Director

The National Co Director and I am planning a trip to Kentucky and we will be leaving Chicago on July 24, to travel down to Bardstown, Kentucky that is the midway point between Benton and Thelma, Kentucky where The National Co Director's children are living.

I will be attempting to effect a reunion between The National Co Director and his two children that were taking away from him due to his ex wife by Kentucky CPS. They were later adopted by their foster care givers.

We will be gone from July 24 to July 28 and return to Chicago on July 29.

I will keep all members updated on our progress.

There is no such thing as a bad reunion but sometimes reunions turn out whereas, it will hurt the parents trying to reconcile with their children they lost to the state if reunions aren't done with utmost care.
